3D Printed Enclosure
Aug 2026
Back to Pico Wifi Analyzer Phase 1
Introduction
Now that all the Electronics and Software are complete for Phase 1 of this project, it is time to create a 3D enclosure. I wanted to keep the project quite slim, so I have opted to place the Pico and the LCD next to each other, the blank space that would otherwise dominate the face of the enclosure is masked somewhat by the fact that there is required text to label the buttons etc.
I printed out the case and fitted the electronic components on to the stand offs.
I placed the buttons along the top so that the legs of the buttons sat directly over the pins of the buttons, this had two advantages.
The wiring is so much simpler The buttons hold down the Pico in the case.
Now, we just need to solder the four wires between the Pico and the LCD, which you cannot see because they are all hidden behind the Pico/LCD.
So here is the finished item:
Have to be honest here, It looks brilliant, and works so well too. We cannot wait for Phase 2 to be honest :)
You can download the STL files from Here.
